We have three packing lines, each optimized for a particular type of fruit, each operated by its own dedicated crew to ensure maximum quality control.
The first line is designed for plums and volume fill boxes, and features computer-controlled sizers, fillers, box deliveries and weight checks.
The second line is designed for peaches and nectarines. From the filled bin through the sizer, the fruit travels along a straight course, and then is gently delivered to the packers, who place the fruit into the boxes by hand.
The third line is designed for fragile apricots, pluots and white-flesh peaches. Fruit is delivered directly to this system in small harvest totes, then travels through a similar (though smaller) version of our second line.
