During our fall season, WesPak offers two types of persimmons: those ready-to-eat (the flat, orange Fuyu variety) and those best enjoyed in baked cookies and breads (the elongated, orange Hachiya variety). We also offer the Giant Fuyu, which is softer than the Fuyu, and excellent whether eaten fresh or in baked goods. In addition to the rich, spicy flavor, persimmons are also popular for use in home decorations, adding an authentic, natural touch to any decor.
